Shipping Policy

  • We mention the estimated delivery time for each piece in the product details page.

  • For all orders within India, we offer free shipping. For International deliveries we charge a small amount for shipping as per the country of destination.

  • For deliveries within India all taxes and duties are included in the price of the product listed on the Website.

  • For deliveries outside India, customs duties and local taxes have to be paid by customers to our shipping partner at the time of shipment delivery. The amount of duties and taxes depend on the policies of your destination country.

  • Delivery Time for your order starts from the date of Order Confirmation.

  • Due to unforeseen circumstances, it’s possible we may not be able to produce your order piece. In such cases, you will be offered an alternate option / store credit / full refund.

  • We use the most reliable courier services for deliveries including FedEx, UPS and Delhivery.

  • We would send you a tracking number and link to our courier company with your shipping confirmation email so you can track your order.

  • At times orders can get delayed for reasons outside of our control. If your order is delayed beyond 2 weeks of the estimated Delivery Time for some unforeseen reasons, we will get in touch with you to check if you would still like to continue with your order.

Return & Exchange Policy

Standard Returns and Exchanges 


When you buy something from us, we hope you love it. In case you are not completely satisfied with the product, please drop us a mail at and we will get back to you. 

For domestic orders we can offer a size exchange on standard size products. We do not accept return or exchange on custom orders and international orders. Once such sale is made it is considered final. 


In case of damage :

Any product that has been hampered or damaged while transportation must be notified by email within 48 hours of the product being delivered and returned to our warehouse within a time period of one week, else POZRUH will not be liable to accept the merchandise. We will investigate the damage from our end , repair the merchandise and courier it back to the designated address.

The cost of couriering the product to our warehouse shall be borne by the customer. POZRUH will only bear the expenses of the transaction after the repair of the merchandise.

POZRUH acknowledges return of products only limited to direct sale between vendor and consumer. This only entails sale online, and not through retail outlets. 

The damaged product will only be accepted for replace if they are intimated with in 3 days after the delivery.

  3. Responsibility for the return is yours until the parcel reaches us, so please remember to ask for a proof of postage.
